Актуальність теми дослідження. Пожвавлення інвестиційної активності промислових підприємств, що складають основу вітчизняної економіки, є однією з головних умов успішного розвитку, подолання структурних диспропорцій і технологічного відставання. На 1 жовтня 2005 року в економіку України вкладено 9,5 млрд. дол. США прямих інвестицій, які поступили з 117 країн світу. Тим не менш інвестиційний клімат в країні, який оцінюється як результат комплексного аналізу правових, економічних, політичних, соціально-психологічних, інфраструктурних факторів, характеризується як несприйнятливий.

The new and integral scientific conception of the reduction of the investment risks which realization creates the reasons for more active investment activity, attraction of foreign investment into the Ukrainian industry is grounded in the dissertation. The conceptual model of organization of investment risk-management that corresponds to the strategy of long-term development of production and organization structure of present enterprise in the system of anti-crisis management is grounded. Absolutely new method of quantitative estimation of efficiency of the risk-management actions based on the definition of the structure and size of insurance expenses and using the special calculation indexes is offered. Following the result of the research the terms and principle peculiarities of using the methods of risks reduction based on the original interpretation of the theory of functioning of information-logical streams in the conceptional, technical, technological, organizational and financial aspects are formed. The methods of optimization of production and management structures are elaborated; the methods of analysis of the efficiency of investment projects when taking into consideration the risk are offered; the recommendations for the elaboration of the strategy of the reduction of currency risks are given. The received results are used for preparation of business-plans of investment projects, basing of investment decisions at the enterprises of engineering, industry, electrotechnical and other branches and also for elaboration of investment strategy of commercial banks.
