A patient applied to the doctor 5 hours ago because of the pains in the stomach. Then the stomachache was over, but there was pain in the right side of the abdomen. The pain was permanent. The general condition was satisfactory, the temperature was 38.5, the tongue was moist and was covered with white fur. The abdomen in the right ailed. The muscles were strained there too there was a positive symptom of Shetkin-Blumberg.
