      Научная новизна работы и  результаты исследований.

    -   впервые дана комплксная оценка загрязнения окружающей среды при эксплуатации, транспортировке и переработке сырья Жанажолского месторождения, выявлены основные источники загрязнения, а также характеритстики вредных веществ;

    -   разработана методика комплексной оценки и учета экологического фактора на базе дифференциального отношения к территориям, позволяющая снизить их техногенную нагрузку;

    -   разработана автоматизированная система проведения инженерно-экологического мониторинга и методика применения геоинформационных систем.

 

 

 

        Практическая  ценность работы.

 

          -   разработана эколого-экономическая модель природопользования, где заложена взаимосвязь основных показателей производства с мерами рационального использования техногенно-ресурсных отходов;

 

         -   разработаны и внедрены в производство «Комплекс мероприятий по снижению вредного воздействия разработки  и эксплуатации месторождения Жанажол на окружающую среду».

 

 

    Рекомендации по внедрению. На основании проведенных исследований рекомендуются: методика комплексной оценки и учета экологического фактора; методика автоматизированного проведения инженерного – экологического мониторинга; методика  применения ГИС- технологий разработанной «Комплекс мероприятий по снижению вредного воздействия разработки  и эксплуатации месторождения Жанажол на окружающую среду»

 

 

 

         Область применения. Полученные научные результаты работы могут быть использованы для экологической оценки территории и построения экологических карт региональными по охране ОС, промышленными предприятиями, НИИ, занимающиеся экологическими проблемами и ВУЗами при подготовке инженеров – экологов, а также инженеров нефтяного профиля.

 

 

      Прогнозные  предложения о  развитии исследования. Несмотря на то, что результаты исследований были получены в условиях месторождения Жанажол , их можно применить при освоении и для других нефтегазовых месторождений, а также в учебном процессе.

“Ecological monitoring and Protection of an environment of an oil-and-gas complex ”

(by the example of deposit Zhanazhol)

   Object of research is industrial activity of oil-and-gas deposit Zhanazhol.

 

 

 

   The purpose of work. Decrease in negative influence of development of oil-and-gas deposits on an environment by geoecological division into districts and perfection of nature protection actions on the basis of use of geoinformation system.

 

 

 

   The idea of work consists in use of the received laws of change of an environment at division into districts of territory and development of nature protection actions.

 

 

 

   Methods of researches. At the decision of tasks in view the complex method of researches including the analysis and generalization of achievements of a science and practice at the decision of a problem of nature protection actions is used; methods of the ecological control and monitoring of nature-technical systems (PТС), computer technologies, ecologо-economic modeling, the technical and economic analysis, etc.

 

 

 

     The scientific positions which are born on protection:

      ·         Developed, on the basis of use of ГИС-TECHNOLOGIES, a technique of the account of the ecological factor by development of oil-and-gas deposits and geoecological division into districts of territory, is a basis of improvement of an ecological situation of region;

      ·        Efficiency of planning of nature protection activity of oil-and-gas complexes can be appreciated on the basis of ecologо-economic model of interaction of manufacture and an environment which provides favorable conditions of ability to live bioty and increase of integrated approach of use of natural resources.

 

 

      Scientific novelty and results of researches.

      ·        For the first time the complex estimation of environmental contamination is given at operation, transportation and processing of raw material Zhanazhol of a deposit, the basic sources of pollution, and also the characteristic of harmful substances are revealed;

      ·        The technique of a complex estimation and the account of the ecological factor is developed on the basis of the differential attitude to the territories, allowing to lower them техногеннуюloading;

      ·        The automated system of carrying out of engineering-ecological monitoring and technique of application of geoinformation systems is developed.

      ·        The ecologo-economic model of wildlife management where the interrelation of the basic parameters of manufacture with measures of rational use of tehnogeno-resource waste products is incorporated is developed;

      ·        Are developed and introduced into manufacture «the Complex of actions on decrease in harmful influence of development and operation of deposit Zhanazhol on an environment».

 

 

      Estimation of completeness of decisions of tasks in view. The object in view of work is achieved also research problems are completely solved. Results of researches are introduced into manufactures that confirms reliability of the basic conclusions and positions.

 

 

      Recommendations on concrete use of results. Results of work are recommended for an ecological estimation of territory and construction of ecological cards by regional managements on protection of OS, the industrial enterprises, the scientific research institutes engaged in environmental problems and HIGH SCHOOLS by preparation of engineers - ecologists, and also engineers of an oil structure.

 

 

      Estimation of technical and economic efficiency of introduction. Introduction of results of researches in practice will give the full information about ecologicai to conditions of investigated object in a mode of time and will provide normal functioning экосистемы in conditions of deposit Zhanazhol. Expected ecologo-economic benefit of introduction of development makes about 1,2 million tenge one year that is confirmed with certificates of introduction.

 

 

      Estimation of a scientific level of the executed work in comparison with the best achievements in the given area. The works devoted to a supply with information of the ecological control and protection of an environment and natural resources with a view of vital needs of  the population, no.
